By booking a Music with Roberto class, you agree to the following terms:
Bookings & Payment
The cost of the class is clearly indicated on the booking/request form. Payment must be made before attending the class. A place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Non-Refundable Classes
All classes are non-refundable once payment has been made.
Make-Up Class
If you are unable to attend a class, you may request to make up one missed class at a future session, subject to availability. A make-up class must be agreed in advance with Music with Roberto and cannot be guaranteed if there are no available places.
Photography and Videos
We will not photograph or record identifiable children for promotional purposes without the appropriate consent.
The client is responsible for obtaining any permissions required for photographs or recordings taken by guests and shared publicly.
Children & Supervision
A parent or responsible adult must remain with the child throughout the class and is responsible for their child's safety and supervision.
Illness
Please do not attend if your child is unwell or has a contagious illness. Please contact Roberto as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend.
