Birthday Party Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings and Confirmation
All birthday party enquiries are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once the date, time, location, party package and price have been agreed in writing and the required deposit has been received.
The client is responsible for providing accurate booking details, including the event address, the child's age and the expected number of children attending.
2. Deposits and Payments
A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than [number] days before the party.
Any additional services or agreed expenses will be confirmed with the client in advance.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If the client wishes to cancel or reschedule a booking, they must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
The deposit and any other payments will be handled in accordance with the cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking and applicable consumer law.
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability. If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform the client as soon as possible and offer an appropriate alternative date or refund in accordance with applicable law.
4. Party Duration and Setup
The agreed party duration and activities will be confirmed before the event.
The client must ensure that the venue is accessible and suitable for the planned activities, with sufficient space for children to participate safely.
Any requirements for early access, setup or additional time must be agreed in advance.
5. Supervision and Child Safety
A parent, guardian or responsible adult designated by the client must remain present throughout the party and is responsible for the children's supervision, behaviour and general welfare.
Our musical activities are designed to be engaging and age-appropriate. However, children must participate in a way that is safe for themselves and others.
The client must inform us in advance of any relevant allergies, accessibility requirements or other needs that may affect participation.

We will not photograph or record identifiable children for promotional purposes without the appropriate consent.
The client is responsible for obtaining any permissions required for photographs or recordings taken by guests and shared publicly.
8. Changes to the Party
We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to activities where necessary due to the age of the children, venue conditions, safety considerations or unforeseen circumstances. We will aim to maintain the quality and enjoyment of the agreed experience.
Any significant changes to the agreed package will be discussed with the client wherever reasonably possible.
9. Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where applicable.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
